What is the standard shipping timeframe for cameras and lenses?

We offer standard shipping within 3-5 business days and express shipping within 1-2 business days. All high-value optics and camera bodies are shipped with full insurance and require a signature upon delivery.

What is your return policy for opened electronic goods?

You can return items within 30 days of purchase. For cameras and lenses, the product must be in its original packaging with a shutter count increase of no more than 50 frames to qualify for a full refund.

Do Fujifilm products come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, all new Fujifilm X-Series and GFX system cameras and Fujinon lenses come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects and hardware malfunctions.

Can I trade in my old gear for a new Fujifilm system?

Absolutely. We offer a trade-in program where you can bring your used photographic equipment to the House of Photography for an appraisal, which can be applied as credit toward your new purchase.
