At Fujifilm House of Photography, we want you to be completely satisfied with your imaging gear, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all eligible cameras, lenses, and accessories. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging with all included documentation and components.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully place the item back in its original Fujifilm box, ensuring all cables, batteries, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to the House of Photography

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
